Our In Person Notary service is designed to provide an easy and secure way for you to have your important documents notarized online. Our experienced notaries will ensure that all of your paperwork is properly completed and signed, giving you peace of mind that it is all done correctly.

How it works

Pricing 

Fees are determined by the number of notary signatures or seals, not the number of pages, documents or people signing.

The number of times we are required to sign is determined by you and the recipient of your document, not by us.

Upload a document you wish to notarize;

Do NOT sign or date documents before you meet the Notary

You must have a valid government-issued ID with your signature and photo

You can download your notarized document(s) from your account.

Sealed and ink-signed hard copies of your docu
ment(s) will be mailed by the Notary to your mailing address upon request.

What we cannot notarize ONLINE:

  • ​Certified true copies of original documents (i.e.“birth certificates, passports, Driver's Licences, Permanent Resident Cards, marriage certificates, divorce certificates, academic transcripts, diplomas and degrees.

  • Wills and ​Power of Attorneys (POAs)

  • Trusts

  • Divorce Agreements & Separation Agreements

  • Promissory notes and loan agreement
